"WATCH THIS SPACE........." - Steer & Co's sectional title division is in a great space. We are very thankful to the many existing clients having recommended our service offering to potential clients looking for a change of managing agent. Throughout lockdown and now back at the office we have secured the management of a number of exciting sectional title and home owner association complexes / estates. In addition, we have a number of proposals within the marketplace which we are confident will be converted to management under the Steer & Co brand.
The growth has resulted in us having to look at growing our portfolio manager / portfolio assistant teams to continue to provide the high service level our clients warrant.
